 Maybe you’re a graduate, who are looking to excel in all things digital marketing?

You’ll join us as a Digital Marketing Executive in a focused 2 year Future Talent programme of training, development and real hands on experience.

We look to bring a positive contribution to our community and the planet. As well as using 100% renewable electricity, recycling whatever we can, we also positively offset our business and staff commute carbon footprint through buying, planting and managing our very own Varn woodland.

Our commitment to planting trees and offsetting our carbon footprint, has given rise to our new ‘woodland office’ a natural workspace designed for our team to be able to work outside and close to nature. This innovative and creative workspace is set in the middle of the Varn woodland in Bradford on Avon, and focuses on promoting employee wellbeing, celebrating the natural world and as well as offsetting our carbon footprint many times over. The woodland office go-kart is always good fun!

Anyone like camper vans and paddle boarding?

With the pandemic creating such change in our everyday lives, we wanted to provide our employees the flexibility of new workspaces and are challenging the conventional office set up. So we have created the CamperVarn. Our ‘mobile office’ that the team can take out and about, taking in new views and thinking differently as a result of being ‘out of office’. We also spend time as a team using the office paddleboards and kayaks (free for the team to borrow any time), river swimming, having monthly socials which span from pottery to cocktail making and generally making sure we all enjoy life and work!

• You may be a graduate, but we are also keen to talk to anyone with an interest in working in digital marketing and search engine marketing and you are looking to really kick start your career in this field.
• You will ideally have some understanding of SEO techniques and tools.
• You will have good Excel and analytical skills and although not essential it would be beneficial if you have some knowledge and experience of website development and SEO.
• You will have good numeracy & data analysis skills, supported with the ability to write well, as you will contribute to our content creation, writing blogs and communicating with clients.

Salary £23,000 (with frequent performance reviews so talented people can progress quickly through to more senior roles and salary levels in your 2 year programme)

On top of your salary, you can also expect:

• 10% annual bonus if we hit agency targets – taking an initial starting salary to £25,300 if the agency target is met.
