Learn the skills you and your team need to drive your business forward with our search marketing workshops

Recently, the team at Varn have noticed a rise in demand for training around certain areas of digital marketing and SEO. Whilst much of this demand has come from clients or potential clients who are looking to upskill their staff or get a better knowledge of these areas, this demand has also come from us as an agency.

When working with clients, we find it easier to work with teams who have a prior understanding of SEO, tools such as Google Analytics and in some cases, PPC advertising. This can help speed up the process, particularly after we have performed an SEO audit and have a list of recommendations for a client to work on.

Over the years we have given individual clients training, enabling their in-house marketing teams to enhance their current knowledge or to harness skills that they haven’t already got. Not only does this give them the opportunity to upskill their teams and grow their business, but it also allows them to understand the work we do that little bit better.

This is why for 2019 we have announced a new series of workshops, dedicated to the fundamentals of search marketing. We are running workshops on Technical SEO, Google Adwords, and Google Analytics, all of which are aimed at beginners looking to gain more skills to drive their team or business forward.

Each session will be held in our offices, overlooking the stunning Wiltshire town of Bradford-on-Avon.

Introduction to Technical SEO

This workshop aims to give you an understanding of the fundamental search engine optimisation elements required to improve the performance of your website on Google and other search engines.

Our resident SEO professionals will be on hand to debunk common Technical SEO myths and to give you practical examples linked to what you are learning.

Introduction to Google Ads

Run in partnership with our sister company, AdPilot, this Google Ads workshop aims to provide you with the know-how needed to research, build and manage a structured Google Ads account. Paid search marketing can be time consuming and costly if you are unsure of how to use it efficiently.

This workshop will give you the added tips and knowledge needed to confidently start using Google Ads.

Grow your business with Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a really useful tool for businesses and there is so much that you can get out of using it, but as with Google Ads it can be daunting to set up and manage at first if you have little prior experience using it.

This Google Analytics workshop will provide you with the knowledge needed to set up and manage a Google Analytics account, allowing you to monitor, analyse and improve the performance of your website.
